As any other newlywed couple who would be eager to start a new journey of life; we were looking for our home which would be away from this fast paced world. We ended up choosing a place where surrounding was closer to nature and a little away from the hustle bustle of the town. The house was very beautiful, however the walls were lackluster and the emptiness of the house was not what we have contemplated. Inspired and completely in love with art; we decided to bring life to those dull walls by beautifying them with some amazing paintings and art pieces.

This started the enigma of confusion – the confusion to choose from the gamut of available options. The market seemed flooded with varied options and as a newbie to this world of art, we were not able to select from the wide range of paintings. There were abstract paintings which were painted in bright colors and on other hand; there were beautiful portraits and the paintings which captured serene natural beauty. There were beautiful flowers which looked real and there were some paintings which were just painted taking inspiration from those flowers but in totally unrelated manner.
Abstract art is forever catching my fantasy. Right from the childhood days, I was mesmerized by the use of bold colors in the simplest of designs which always looked awesome at walls be that of my school or of some art gallery. I started painting in my early childhood and still remember those days, when we used to use crayons or plastic colors on the plain white drawing sheets after designing various sorts of shapes and then carefully paintings those shapes. Gradually we started using various objects like scale, compass and what not to draw complex shapes and then filling them with bold colors. Those paintings looked so full of life and energy. As with time, the passion to paint such random shapes kept on increasing though not knowing that all these paintings fall in the special category of abstract art.
In search of such painting, we wandered around the city in every shop possible and in so called art galleries. To my surprise, not many shops had good collection of art work and in some art galleries where we found some good collection, the asking price was too high, which made them much beyond the budget of middle class.
